SampleVault is an online marketplace where music producers can discover, download, share, and sell high-quality audio samples, beats, and sound packs. We offer both free and premium content for producers of all levels.

Yes. Creating an account and browsing the library is free. Free samples can be downloaded at no cost, while premium beats and packs are available at prices set by their creators.

Yes. You need a free SampleVault account to play or download audio. This protects creator content and lets us manage your downloads and library reliably.

Uploads support WAV files up to 100 MB and approximately five minutes long. Supported sample rates are 44.1, 48, 88.2, and 96 kHz, with 16-, 24-, and 32-bit audio.

Use the contact page or email support@samplevault.cc. Include a detailed description and, if relevant, your order number. We normally reply within 24–48 hours.

Open Upload from your dashboard, then drag and drop your audio files or select them from your device. Add the required details such as title, genre, BPM, and key, review everything, and publish the sample.

Audio must be a WAV file between approximately 0.1 seconds and five minutes long and no larger than 100 MB. We accept 44.1, 48, 88.2, and 96 kHz files at 16, 24, or 32 bit. You must own or control all required distribution rights.

Only if you have explicit permission and all necessary rights to distribute them. Uploading copyrighted material without authorization violates our Terms of Service and may lead to content removal or account suspension.

After upload, SampleVault validates the file and prepares items such as the waveform and audio fingerprint. This normally takes less than a minute per sample, but large files or a slow connection may take longer.

Yes. You can remove your uploads from the dashboard. People who previously downloaded a licensed copy may keep using it under that license, but the content will no longer be available for new downloads.

Choose the beat license or pack you want and select Buy. You will be taken to a secure Stripe checkout where you can complete the one-time payment using an available payment method.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Major credit and debit cards are supported, and additional methods may appear depending on your country and device.

Because audio downloads are digital products, refunds are only available in the cases described in our Refund Policy. If a file is defective or materially different from its description, contact support@samplevault.cc as soon as possible.

Completed purchases appear in the Downloads area of your dashboard. From there, you can download the included audio files, pack archive, and license documents.

Beat licenses and pack purchases are one-time payments unless a product is explicitly marked otherwise. The rights granted by your license remain subject to its terms.

Apply for Certified Seller status from the Become a Seller page. Submit the requested information about your experience and portfolio; our team will review the application.

SampleVault charges a flat 15% platform fee. Sellers keep 85% of revenue from beats, melody loops, samples, and packs. The platform fee supports payment processing, hosting, and platform operation.

Payouts are handled through Stripe Connect. Once your available balance reaches the minimum payout threshold, you can request a transfer to your connected bank account. Bank processing generally takes 2–7 business days.

Yes. Certified sellers control their product and license prices, within any minimums or limits shown during upload. Consider content quality, scope, and market positioning when setting prices.

Paid content must be professionally produced, correctly exported, and free from avoidable clipping or technical defects. It must also be original or fully authorized for sale and licensing.

Free samples are covered by the license displayed with the content. It generally permits use in personal and commercial music productions, but does not permit reselling or redistributing the raw sample. Always keep the license provided at download.

Paid packs include the license shown at checkout and in your purchase. It normally grants personal and commercial use in finished productions while prohibiting redistribution or resale of the raw files.

Yes, if the license attached to the sample permits it. This commonly includes commercial releases, streaming, sync projects, and client work. The raw or substantially unchanged files may not be resold or redistributed.

Credit requirements depend on the specific license. If attribution is required, the license will say so. Even when optional, crediting the creator is a welcome way to support the community.
