SampleVault World: read game updatesThe inventory check now identifies linked GIPHY covers separately. These cover references are not presented as verified stored files or storage bytes. Original files remain separately checked; plans and retention approvals are unchanged.
Recording links now let you browse every matching saved song across result pages. Collab version history shows ten entries per page with shortcuts to the oldest, newest or selected version. Browsing does not change ongoing playback.
Administrators can now inspect additional previews and waveform images by song and pack. Unclear file mappings remain visible. The check does not modify files or activate new storage limits.
You can add new WAV stems to existing songs directly in the edit dialog. Artwork and the main replacement file are prepared together, with WAV support up to 32 bits retained. A failed upload does not replace the existing file.
New backups now also include separately stored beat artwork and covers from collaboration rooms you can access. Images are placed in the cover folder for each song or project. Your current access permissions are checked again for every download.
Backups are now available in the dashboard for regular accounts too. Review the contents and back up your own files and permitted collaboration content for free. Files are organised by song, pack and project, with large collections split into multiple packages. Your current access permissions also apply when downloading.
You can link reviewed credits to the same recording and add further releases. Sources, your corrections and individual decisions are retained. Recording type and an optional ISRC help distinguish versions. Your published portfolio shows the related releases, and recording links can be undone.
Comments and project changes are saved more consistently together with their related project history. Feedback and the project view stay better aligned.
Private links show a clear status in German or English. Expired links are marked as expired and display their exact expiry date in Berlin time. The overview and analytics use the same status.
Collaboration member permissions can only be changed with current owner permissions. Responsibilities remain clear after an ownership change.
The administrator-pilot backups page shows only the current backup. Older download cards no longer distract from it. ZIP filenames include the date and time so backups created on the same day stay easy to distinguish.
Pack files with matching names remain assigned separately. Added stems are included in the shared file upload. Main files and stems must transfer successfully before publication.
Stems now belong to the main track in individual uploads and are transferred before completion. A failed stem upload prevents a success message. Matching filenames remain assigned separately.
Custom artwork is assigned to its sample draft and uploaded before the audio file. If artwork upload fails, the upload is not shown as complete.
Beat uploads keep the original, additional MP3 and stems assigned separately even when filenames match. Artwork upload failures are also included in the completion check.
Eligible linked producer profiles are checked for credits roughly weekly. New matching contributions appear for your review; confirmed credits, rejected matches and personal corrections are retained. The next planned update is visible. Public sources can still miss individual credits.

A/B comparison prepares both selected versions once before playback. Then switch directly between A and B at the same position without reloading audio files or recalculating waveforms. Play, pause and seeking apply to both versions together, with an explicit retry when loading fails.
Administrators can now select individual producers for the planned Founding plan and record their reason. Newly verified producers also appear in the overview. Names or registration dates never automatically grant the plan. Preparation does not start subscriptions or change existing sales terms; the new plan launch will be introduced separately.

The next planned update is visible; confirmed contributions, corrections and rejections are retained. The Collab player now provides loading feedback and an explicit retry for audio errors. Use the keyboard to jump five or thirty seconds or go straight to the beginning and end. Public sources can still miss credits.
Credits Finder saves your search progress, checked songs and matching contributions. Resume an interrupted update after reloading or a source error. The last successful source update remains visible, and source limits are clearly marked as partial results. Your confirmed credits, corrections and rejections are retained. Multiple tabs cannot process the same search step simultaneously. Public sources can still miss credits.
The credits workspace is available to verified producers. Published portfolios remain visible to visitors. Profiles start with Beats or Samples, whichever has more items; open Credits using the top button. Save Standard, Compact or Mini as the cover size for your portfolio in profile controls or Credits Finder. Visitors then start with your chosen size. Changing only the view does not publish private credits.
Open your credit portfolio using the button next to your social links at the top. The duplicate Credits tab below the profile header has been removed; Beats, Samples and Packs remain accessible there. The top button still opens your credits with sorting and cover or list views.
The Credits Finder and your saved library now start with compact tiles. Choose Mini to see even more covers at once. Release dates stay visible; covers and titles linked to source songs open the song page with all available contributors. Open “Correct release date” on a saved credit to enter a year, month or full date. Your correction survives updates and appears in your library, portfolio, song view and exports. Choose “Use source date” to reset it.
Profiles center the photo, name, bio, links, tabs and buttons on phones, tablets and laptops, including landscape layouts. Profile photos and role badges cannot be selected as text. Choose Standard, Compact or Mini to see more credit covers at once; additional information remains accessible through Details. Click a cover linked to a source song to see song information, roles and contributors. Regular signed-in users can also open stored song details and available Instagram links.
On song pages you discover, directly confirm a contribution by your linked producer profile and add it to your credits. Previously saved songs are clearly marked; rejected matches require your explicit confirmation before adding them again. Role and cover corrections are retained. Your library and published portfolio reflect confirmed songs. Missing source attributions can be added as owner entries.
Open credits next to the social links on a profile. Profiles without confirmed credits hide both the button and tab. Sort saved songs and published portfolios by newest or oldest release, title or artist. Switch between covers and a list and see release dates, roles, albums and sources where available. Your selected sort order is retained when the list refreshes. Profile owners can view confirmed songs before publication. Export your entire saved credit library as CSV or JSON, including suggestions and decisions.
Your own profile now has a Credits section even before publication. See your publication status and choose to show confirmed songs to visitors or hide them again. Select a cover or list view. Suggestions and rejected attributions stay private.
View your songs with covers and release years as covers or a list and switch sources directly. My songs, To review and Rejected clearly show your decisions. Producer profiles appear while typing, and your profile scan shows checked song names as it runs. Your linked profile reflects confirmed songs and your own profile photo. Confirm contributions individually or together after review.
Confirmed contributions form your portfolio. Choose to publish it on your profile for visitors and select a cover or list view. Found attributions remain private until you confirm them. Add missing covers using your own image link.
My portfolio, Genius finds, imported references and rejected attributions have dedicated categories. A Genius scan opens its results category directly. Confirm pending contributions individually or, after review, together across all pages. Existing confirmations and rejections remain saved.
Imported Muso references appear with source links and roles in your own library for review. Existing confirmations stay saved. New references are not automatically confirmed or merged with similarly named recordings.
After a scan, confirmed and newly found songs appear together. Separate counts and direct view buttons keep your library visible. Scanning starts with your linked profile and checks its additional result pages; progress distinguishes checked songs from matching attributions. Saved confirmations remain intact. Available source data may still omit credits.
A visible button opens your found credits directly and shows their count. After a profile scan, the matching list opens automatically. Review and confirm or reject attributions, then view your confirmed songs.
Collab waveforms use a continuous, detailed signal area with a playhead and timing labels. Saved waveforms display directly. New uploads prepare their waveform before publication; opening the player does not download or analyze the audio again for its waveform.
Credits Finder now appears above your own library. Matching credits from opened songs are saved directly as candidates for your linked profile. A stoppable scan checks multiple search results automatically. Search shows its progress and does not guarantee a complete discography; confirmed and rejected attributions stay saved.
Your new credits library loads saved songs without a new external search. Title, artist, role, year and attribution filters plus pagination make the library accessible. You explicitly confirm your producer identity and review discovered credits. Missing songs can be added with manual origin; role corrections and rejected matches stay saved. Your saved credits remain readable on Free.
Collab waveforms show actual positive and negative amplitudes, including stereo detail, transients and pauses. A clear playhead and distinct played and remaining sections help navigation. New versions save their waveform on upload; older versions compute it when needed and reuse it in the opened room. Other players retain their design.
A/B comparison in Collab rooms preserves position and playback state when switching. Switching to a shorter version stops at its end. A position control, loading messages and retry on errors make comparison easier. Room and global players take turns playing.
You can now cancel audio uploads in Collab rooms. Previously published versions remain available. New plan and storage limits remain inactive.
Invited Collab members with upload permission can upload audio versions without seller status. Incomplete transfers are rejected before publication. Archived rooms remain read-only, and already saved versions cannot be overwritten through the upload flow.
You can now cancel file uploads in Collab rooms. When uploading multiple files, cancellation also stops the remaining queue. Previously uploaded files remain available; failed or cancelled transfers are removed from active uploads once the server confirms cancellation.
Administrators gain a new overview of stored content, active rooms, private links and credits. It supports preparation for upcoming plans. New plans are not available to book yet; existing access remains available.
Page content appears earlier, chat loads when needed and the home page uses readily available producer charts. Temporary sign-in interruptions no longer prematurely clear your login. Purchase, payout and producer messages are sent more reliably.
The producer leaderboard is now based exclusively on views of public beats and samples for this week, this month, or all time. The charts refresh automatically, count only published uploads, and no longer display download totals.
The new vault mark now fits compactly and symmetrically inside the website’s circular logo areas without black outer edges. Browser tabs and app icons also use the round mark with a transparent background, and it stands before samplevault.cc in social videos. Animated GIPHY covers keep moving in completed single and batch videos. After a mobile export, the editor automatically moves to the clearly marked Share/Photos action. Footer links now lead to the current SampleVault Instagram and TikTok profiles, and desktop chat no longer covers them.
Admins can now select up to ten beats and samples in Admin → Content and export them as individual social MP4s with shared format, theme, color, artwork, and clip settings. Progress stays visible for each track. On iPhone, completed videos can be shared together or individually with compatible apps and Photos, or downloaded individually or as a group.
Admins can now create social videos directly from Admin → Content for every beat and sample, including private and unpublished content. Social Export adds 16:9 for YouTube, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn alongside 9:16, 4:5, and 1:1. On mobile, the preview stays visible while settings scroll separately. My Theme uses your personal colors, GIPHY and uploaded covers appear reliably in the video, and the completed video can be saved to Photos or shared to compatible apps such as Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp through the iPhone share sheet.
Create social videos in the familiar SampleVault player design from Share on your own beats, samples, and uploads. Choose Reel/Story, Feed, or Square, customize colors, gradients, and artwork, and preview your selected clip. Supported browsers export MP4 videos with audio, ready to download or share.
Sales of collaborative beats are now processed by SampleVault, with creator revenue after the platform fee recorded exactly from the split approved by everyone. Each participating producer sees their share in Earnings and can receive it through their completed payout setup after the protection period. Refunds and disputes are applied proportionally.
Producer Discovery now shows suggestions immediately and can find every active producer profile. Skills, BPM, and invitation availability can be managed from a direct Collab profile link. In the German experience, the notifications page, notification bell, timestamps, settings, and existing standard messages are now localized in German.
The bottom navigation now responds more calmly to scrolling on iPhone, stays stable during small direction changes, and appears with a lighter, smoother animation. Play and Edit in upload management also stay visually stable while scrolling without an expensive glass effect.
New SampleVault releases now reliably create exactly one in-app notification for every active producer account. Multiple updates published on the same day are recognized separately. Platform updates disabled in personal preferences remain off.
Final versions can now be saved as a beat or sample and published after unanimous approval. Every participating producer can create secure links for the final, individual versions, or shared folders. Also new are synchronized A/B version comparison, active participants, project insights, cover focus controls, and producer discovery with genre, BPM, skill, and Open for Collabs filters.
Owners can define ownership and revenue shares directly in a collaboration room. Every participating producer approves their share, and each change starts a new revision. Every producer must also approve the current final version. Publishing stays locked until all approvals are complete. Sale revenue for creators after the platform fee is recorded from this confirmed split.
In the new Files area, room members can exchange and download stems, MIDI and DAW projects. Upload permission lets you upload multiple files up to 100 MB each, create folders, and move or remove your own files. Complete project folders can be shared as ZIP files. Audio version history stays separate.
Below beat and sample players, Like, Share, Collab and Edit for your own uploads now follow a consistent layout. A single Share action replaces duplicate buttons: it opens device sharing where supported and otherwise copies the link. Your own beats can now be edited directly on their detail pages.
“Remember on this device” now lets you save YouTube consent for later visits in the same browser and withdraw it at the player at any time. Any playing SampleVault audio stops as soon as the YouTube view opens, even before consent is given.
The selected audio version can now be downloaded directly from the private collaboration room. Chat links are clickable. Messages start without timestamps; select a fixed moment using the clock or waveform, and switch back to regular chat with “Without timestamp”.
The mobile inbox now shows the unread message count. Products with a YouTube video show the video player first again. After consent, further videos load directly during the same session; consent can be withdrawn at the player at any time.
Producers now find a Collab button on every beat and sample detail page. Requests can include a personal message and can be accepted or declined by the creator directly in the Collaboration dashboard; acceptance opens the shared private project room.
Beat and sample detail pages now load their content through a faster and more reliable data path. Brief connection interruptions are retried automatically.
Producers can now start private collaboration rooms from existing uploads or as new projects, invite contributors securely, and manage roles and credits. Immutable audio versions, current/final selection, activity history, and timestamp feedback shown directly on the waveform keep the creative process organized.
Animated GIPHY covers now preserve their aspect ratio throughout the experience and use centered cropping by default. Actions shown after a successful upload now rearrange on small screens without clipped buttons or horizontal overflow.
The immediate digital-delivery confirmation now appears only after selecting a licence or product in a compact purchase summary. One clear checkbox replaces the previously repeated notices.
SampleVault is now clearly identified as the contracting party and licensor at purchase, while the Creator remains transparently identified as the rights source. Refund, privacy, and reporting information is clearer, and external YouTube videos load only after consent.
Profiles now show the user label correctly. Deal Rooms are shown only to Creators who can use that feature.
The slide-in dashboard menu now keeps safe spacing around the camera, Dynamic Island, status area, and lower screen edges on iPhones in both portrait and landscape.
My Uploads now provides a denser overview, expanded search and sorting, quick editing, and collapsible secondary actions. Folders are arranged vertically and now include settings, colors, statistics, and sharing actions. Secret links can be selected individually and deleted together, while safe page spacing keeps content more visible on iPhones in landscape.
The notification bell is now directly available in the header on phones and tablets in both portrait and landscape orientation.
Creators are now notified about new comments on their samples and packs. The notification-bell menu also adapts to smaller screens and shows longer content more completely.
DAW, genre, and notification preferences now remain reliably saved. Enabled switches use the personal theme color, and activity plus update alerts render reliably in the list and notification bell.
Premium pack prices are now clearly validated before publishing, individual token price fields are more accessible, and parallel upload flows are more reliable.
Covers, the audio player, queue, profile menu, and chat now adapt more compactly on iPhones and other mobile devices in landscape. The minimized player can also be reopened clearly and reliably.
Transactional and system emails now feature the SampleVault logo and use the platform’s clean, Apple-inspired card, color, and button styling.
Contact and system messages now use a reply-capable sender, clearer internal content, and a cleaner message preview for better inbox delivery.
Digital-content notices and seller information are now presented more clearly during purchase.
