SampleVault is a private licensing system for beats, melody loops, samples, and packs. Melody loops can be licensed with non-exclusive terms or negotiated as exclusive rights.
An exclusive beat purchase unlocks the original WAV/ZIP/stem files after Stripe confirms payment by webhook. The beat is marked SOLD and further purchases are blocked.
Melody loops and samples are treated like beats: buyers can use them in releases, request exclusive rights with an offer, and must credit/register any agreed publishing split when the loop forms part of the composition.
For Germany, the buyer should report the producer share through GEMA or the applicable publisher/admin workflow. In the US, equivalent registrations typically happen through ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, SoundExchange, The MLC, or a publishing administrator depending on the royalty type.

Yes. Normal users sign in to view private links, stream protected previews, and buy exclusive beats or licensed melody loops. They do not get producer upload tools unless approved.
No. The original files stay clean and private. Only the MP3 preview is converted and watermarked for buyer streaming.
